Thinking Space 7th Birthday

Wayne and Paul kindly took the staff out for the day to celebrate 7 years of Thinking Space Systems. First of all we went indoor go-karting which was great fun and I have to say everyone was very competitive, after a few lumps and bruises the top 3 were Mark 1st place, Wayne 2nd place and Paul Roberts 3rd. We then went out for a nice meal in a restaurant in Eastleigh and a few of us went for a drink in the pub after, which turned out to be a great success as our team the High Sixes won the pub quiz.

Mark's Birthday

It is Mark's birthday today and instead of the usual cakes he kindly made homemade pizza which was delicious.

Isla's 1st Birthday.

It was Nicole's daughter Isla's 1st birthday last weekend and she had 2 parties to celebrate. Here she is with her mum and dad, also a fantastic birthday cake of which the giraffes were made by her dad!

More Ifsec!

All the sales team had a very busy time at Ifsec last week and would like to thank all the customers who visited the stand.

IFSEC 2010

Wayne, Paul, Jason and Nicole are all at the Ifsec Exhibition this week. Go and visit them at the NEC Birmingham, Hall 4 Stand G30 where they have plenty of products old and new on show.

Machine Building & Automation exhibition

The Machine Building & Automation exhibition (part of Advanced Manufaturing and MedTec) at the NEC this week was great success.

Thinking Space were not only displaying the KANYA aluminium extrusions, but also the Novus monitor mounts too, which gathered much interest.

James, Nicole and Jason attended the show.

Another Birthday!

Tina's 39th Birthday today.

This nice large carrot cake and a few cream cakes were shared by all the staff. My apologies to all the northern reps for not getting any, but the men polished them all off.

Machine Building & Automation Show

Thinking Space has a YouTube Channel

A YouTube Channel has now been setup for Thinking Space ! This will be frequently updated with new videos demonstrating the latest console designs, the latest novus products and other video news from the Thinking Space team.

The first two videos are of the automated height adjustable desk which is DDA compliant and can be used to sit or stand, so is ideal for ATC and broadcast applications.

Electricity Shutdown.

Everyone was out on site on Wednesday 14th April due to our offices having no electricity for the day, 3 of us stayed in the office to take deliveries etc. Tina is sat busy at her desk all day getting envelopes and labels ready for the next dispatch of our newletter. Wayne is busy making us all tea with our camping stove! James well I am not sure what he was doing other than drinking the tea and taking photos......

New Products from Novus

Novus have just added another monitor arm to the LiftTEC range and a new Quick Release Wall Mount. The LiftTEC®-Arm III of diecast aluminium is a design highlight among monitor arms with a straight front arm element for optimum screen positioning. A gas pressure spring allows the monitor height to be infinitely adjusted with just two fingers. The arm can be pivoted 180° in the working area, has a reach up to 550 mm and a ball-joint for almost unlimited freedom of movement. Setting the user's ideal position is consequently child's play and a change of posture possible at any time. The quick-release mechanism with 1-lever operation allows any monitor weighing 3-8 kg or 7-15 kg to be attached without undue effort. It is equipped with the standard, widely used flat-screen mount 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 for the mounting of all normal flat-screens. The monitor cables are guided through cable clamps. The LiftTEC Arm III is available with wall, column, desk or slatwall mount.


The new Quick Mount for wall-mounting flat-screen monitors, depending on the mounting suitability. It is equipped with the standard, widely used flat-screen mount 75 x 75 and 100 x 100 for the mounting of all normal flat-screens. The quick-release mechanism with 1-lever operation allows any monitor weighing 25 kg to be attached without undue effort.
